Art: Stina Persson

Illustrations that Inspire

I was introduced to this artist in a magazine. Can't remember if it was Nylon or Domino, but my girl on Flygirls reminded me. One thing about me, I love water colors. It's so easy to make something so beautiful. It's great on canvas and it's a cool way to decorate an apt. Try making a head board for your bed or a nice piece in your restroom or hallway to spice up your apt.

If you are in New York, check out Stina Persson's exhibit called Immacolata and her Friends. This will for sure inspire the artist in you to get going and get creative. The exhibit runs until July 6th, so you still have time. For more info on the exhibit click here. For more on Stina click here.

Patrick Robinson Directs the Gap

First Perry Ellis, Paco Rabbane, Armani, and Target....Now the Gap. Can Patrick Robinson single handedly save fashion for the laymen?

Patrick Robinson is the new Lead Designer for the GAP.
It's so overdue for this company. Now they can give J. Crew, Zara, and H&M some real competition! I told you guys to keep your eyes on him, he's secretly stepping up and leading top retailers into the future of high fashion. Check out my last post
