Who Rocked it Best? War of the Rosses

I remember hearing about Tracee raiding her mother's closet for classic couture clothes. It's cool because I used to do the same with my fly-ass mom, except she had no couture, more like leather outfits and Vanelli shoes, but I thought it was fly. Who rocked it best? Tracee or Dianna?

    I think they both look terrible. Very baggy in places it shouldn't be. This dress wold look great on a less hippie women.(i.e., Deborah Messing, The chick Grey on Grey's Anatomy, Kelly Roland, Thandie Newton and etc.)
